Adorable, but …

First off, Mochi Kids shipped this out exceptionally quick for the holidays. I liked that they repurposed a box from something else making the packaging more sustainable.

This toy is adorable and my 5 year old loves getting all the shapes out to play with, the actual function of the toy isn’t great. Sometimes it is great and can continually dispense a shape, other times you spin the knob over and over with nothing coming out so you have to give the whole thing a shake to try to get a shape down far enough to dispense. The other thing is the plastic top is a little tricky to tighten into the top which means even my 9 year old has trouble helping my 5 year old put all the balls in and putting the plastic top back on. Aesthetically very pretty, but functionally only ok.
