It’s normal for your bounce house to lose a little air over time. Factors like air pressure, temperature, and the amount of play can all affect this. Just plug it in, refill, and keep the fun going! Always make sure to turn the dial to off after inflating your bounce house, before play begins. Failing to do so will cause air to leak out.

Intended for indoor domestic family use only. Not for use in public areas or as a rental.

We strive to provide the best quality product with a prompt delivery, however if you are unhappy with your order please see the return policy below.

• All unopened/unused Smol products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once a return is initiated, the order must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  

• Due to safety liabilities any used product cannot be returned or refunded.

• All Smol products are covered by a 6 month limited warranty that includes only factory defects and are only available to those who purchased the product. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Lost Packages

All missing orders need to be reported to us within 7 business days. Lost packages are eligible for in store credit or a replacement.
